Oil-well Drilling Calcium Sulfate (Gypsum) Powder

We provide two kinds of products:

(1)Item No.: ID-09, main ingredient is calcium sulfate dihydrate and the formula of calcium treat drilling fluid, provide appropriate calcium ions. For the need of exploring drilling lubrication, calcium sulfate (gypsum) is used as a kind of additives in oil drilling fluid formulation. Drilling fluid is used in lubrication drilling and carries away debris. Drilling fluid is delivered to the center of oil well and used for lubricating drilling. To the surface of outer core would carry away pieces for providing excellent lubrication environment.

(2)Item No.: IH-10, main ingredient is calcium sulfate hemihydrate and plays a role of condensation in the well. Calcium sulfate (gypsum) powder is mixed with cement, filled under the well and used for the lost circulation, blowout, separation pipe, bridge plugs and other temporary which need rapid expansion and high strength work. The product can increase the propertied of expansion of cement. The calcium sulfate main content is high and it can accelerate cement set time for 1 to 2 hours.
