1. The main component of the product is calcium sulfate, PH is neutral, acid and alkali resistant, high whiteness. 

2. Compared with the traditional filling material，it adopt transparent stone powder filler made by high quality natural mineral has the following characteristics significantly:

(1) To increase and improve hardness, toughness and scratch resistance of painting. Alternative glass powder with high price.

(2) Can improve the effect of extinction of painting and replace modesty to decrease volume of addition.

(3)Good resistance to corrosion. It can be applied in the transparent painting and primer paint of PE, PO to improve the corrosion resistance of products.

(4)High transparency, low absorption, applied to the transparent painting and primer paint of PE, PO and makes the product to get a good appearance.
3.It is mainly used as filler in transparent paint, PE, PO primer paint and NC transparent wood paint. Calcium sulfate is a kind of non-metallic minerals with high transparency, good whiteness, refraction 1.54, density 2.3, oil absorption value 22-25, non-toxic tasteless and acid corrosion. Because of the refractive index is very close between the filling material itself and base stock, the amount of filler does not affect transparency of finished product. The amount of filler is more which will be beneficial to reduce the cost of manufacturing the products. Added in the adhesive and printing ink, its comprehensive performance can be improved and reduce the cost.

4. Application Suggestion

(1)The amount addition of transparent powder in high-grade transparent primer paint should not be too much, 3%-8% is advisable.

(2) During production feeding, in a blender run process transparent powder should be put into blender running process slowly with small amount, otherwise it may affect the dispersion.

(3)Due to its high water content, it should be kept in a dry environment and be careful not to be affected with damp.
(4)It is easy to moisture absorption and agglomeration. Not suitable for place long. The products should be used up in two months.
